Ordered two mags.. tons of emails with tracking info.... never received order. Read the reviews folks... you may as well take that money and burn it.... poor customer service... fill out an affidavit send back.... no response...whatever... they suck... if they spent the money on decent customer service reps and customer retention instead of advertising and email bombs, they may have a chance.. just another wannabe with no follow up... but hey... if you're into to that kind of thing.... they're right up your alley.
I inadvertently ordered the wrong magazines (.223) when I intended to order 7.62x39. I caught the mistake the same day, sent an email shortly thereafter explaining the mix-up, and lo and behold I received a reply stating that they would be unable to cancel the order. So I called the customer service number, and I explained that there would be no use in sending me items that I don't need. I tried to reason with the gentleman and explained to him that I didn't even want a refund and that he could use the payment as store credit toward purchase of the items that I actually needed. He refused, said that it was already picked and ready for shipment. In other words, he said it was too late to modfiy or cancel the order or use the funds for store credit -- and that I would have to take receipt for an order that I didn't want or need. I asked him about the refund policy. He said it was out of his hands and that I would have to take receipt of the items and then ship it back for a refund. Suffice it to say that I decided never to do business with this company again. If their inventory system and operations management is in such a decrepit state that they can't help but sell something the customer does not need; if their customer service is so bad that they cannot find a way to make it work for the customers who are paying their bills and salaries; if they have such low regard for customer relationship management that they would turn a potential repeat customer into a one and done customer; then, there's no sense in doing business with such a company.

Feed lips were too short and so thin. Don't recommend shopping from here.
Never had any issues!!! I have ordered about 90% of my magazines thru gunmag warehouse and i have never had an issued. They will ship the order in 2 to 3 business days and send you an email thru usps saying when you should received it and so far is always been on the date that they said i should received it. I give them 5 stars anytime. All those negative reviews in my opinion someone is getting pay to lie!!! Fake dishonest people, grow up!!!

You'd probably be better off actually fulfilling orders instead of role playing. Buyer beware, these guys are liars. After 7 days of waiting for my order to ship, I decided to cancel and buy locally. I emailed to cancel and the guy lied and said that my order had already been processed to ship and couldn't cancel. I don't suppose he realizes but he told me this at 5:04pm. Go to check and usps shows the label was created at 8:06pm. Do yourselves a favor and just order from Midway. I ordered a case of AR mags the same day and have already had them for 2 days while still waiting for these liars to ship.
I gotta tell you, after reading the reviews on this place from several websites, I was expecting the worst. But that wasn't the case at all. The only bad thing I can say about them is that it took a very long time to process my order. But I ordered in January 2021, so they have a valid excuse for now. I would recommend if you don't mind waiting a couple weeks. Prices are definitely worth at least looking at.
Well I'm in the same boat its been 9 or 10 days I ordered 2 mags and have not got them they charged my card still nothing ive call them 4 times cant talk to nobody just hope they show up at the house I habe left messages and nobody will even call me back
Over the last couple of years I've ordered more then 200 to 250 mags from them and i haven't had any trouble from them. it seems like operator error to me and you screwed up, or you are getting paid by their rival company to discredit them. extremely sus
DO NOT buy from this company. I don’t know how they remain in business. They charge your credit card before shipping item. It’s been 7 business days and couldn’t ship a single magazine. I canceled order and can only hope they refund my card.
Wish I would have done a review search before I purchased. Would have saved me a lot of time. Got tired of waiting for my order. Request a cancellation and the tracking number shows my order could have been cancelled. Never again
Wish I had listened to what other reviews have said in this forum. Terrible customer service. Been more than two months to get 3 mags. Very poor response to inquiries. I cannot recall a worse experience with any e-tailer.
I ordered the mags and 17 days later I hadn't receive them. Sent an email and started calling them they refused to ship them via shipping department and then apparently lost me in the system. So when customer service seen the email the decided to refund my money.
You guys are terrible at this on line business thing. And that's me being nice. I looked at these other reviews and I think I'm going to call my bank just to be on the safe side.
